However, the modern legal regulations enable successful collection and processing of data on existing and potential business-related negative factors both external and internal, namely related to the danger to individuals’ life and health; illegal property acquisition; confidential information disclosure, etc.

Professional evaluation of the above said and other business-related risks of the partners facilitates CES to timely take consistent protective measures which are in line with the law. They include, in particular, engaging law-enforcement authorities and entities specialized in detective and security activities as prescribed by the law.
