Direct CES’s participation in other business activities also contributes to improving the methods of economic and legal security provision.

At present time the Company participates as a co-investor in the following business projects:

• Construction of the modern concrete plant to be located at: Krasnoselskoe Highway, Pushkin, St.Petersburg;


• Construction of the warehouse complex in the Primorskiy Region of St.Petersburg with total area of 1.5 ha to be located at: Polevaya Sabirovskaya Str., St.Petersburg;      


• Narodniy Dom Group of Companies (low-rise housing construction in St.Petersburg and Leningrad Region).

At the same time, CES is ready to consider proposals on possible participation in other business and non-profit projects.
